In order to use the â€direct payment†service, the client must be connected to his or her bank’s Internet service for banks in the Nordic region, such as Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, Sampo, OKO Bank or Aktia. We also support direct payments in Germany via GiroPay.
Direct payment involves a link from the order/payment page to the client’s bank. The client then logs in to the bank page and signs off on the transaction in the same manner as when he or she pays bills online. When the client has signed off on the payment, the transaction amount is withdrawn directly from the account and the page links back to the payment area automatically. Bear in mind that if you want to offer your clients direct payment options for several banks, that you must have agreements/accounts with each individual bank.
